Also for your convenience we now have registration forms available for you to download and fill out prior to ModelFEST 2026.

There are 2 registration forms that are available for download. 

1st is the Registration Form: (Fill this out with your name,address, etc. and list each model you are entering) NOTE: DO NOT FILL IN THE ENTRANT ID # or ENTRY # as that will be filled in by registration the day of the show

2nd is the Model Entry Form: This is what goes under your model on the contest table.. You will need one for each model you are entering..BTW there are two Model Entry Forms per page.

Once you have downloaded, printed and completed each forms bring them with you to ModelFEST 2026 and present them to registration (with your payment) to enter the contest. (What could be easier!) ​
