ModelFest 2026 Contestant Master Form

Entry Fees:

$10 Adult Registration Up to 5 Entries ($1 for Each Additional Entry)
$8 IPMS Registration Up to 5 Entries (With a current IPMS membership card) ($1 for Each Additional Entry)
Junior Entries are FREE
15 Entries Maximum

Instructions to pre-enter ModelFest2026...

Completely fill out the ModelFest 2026 Contestant Master form
Once complete then go to Entry Information section to add your 1st model entry information.
If you entring more than one model, then select the "Add More" button. (NOTE: You will need to do this for each model you enter)
Once you have completed all of your model entries then select the "Submit Form" button to submit your completed entry form.
On the day of the show, there will be a pre-entry line where you will pick up your completed model entry forms and pay for your entries.

PLEASE NOTE!!! The deadline for ModelFEST 2026 online entries is April 29,2026.

After that you will need to register your models the day of the show
